Health Net Life offers the following Medicare Supplement Plans: A, C, E, F, F+ (high deductible) G, H and I. Plan A covers only basic benefits. Plans C, E, F, F+, G, H and I offer basic and extra benefits. It is important to note that none of these Medicare Supplement Plans offer Prescription Drug Benefits. To obtain Prescription Drug Benefits you should consider enrolling in a separate drug plan, like Health Net Orange, Health Net Life’s Prescription Drug Plan.
Health Net Life Medicare Supplement is coverage under Medicare-standardized supplement plans that offer economical basic benefits, plus additional benefits such as skilled nursing coinsurance, foreign travel and extended hospital days, depending on which plan you choose.
Plan A
Plan A is our basic Medicare Supplement Plan. It includes Medicare Part A and B copayments, coinsurance and more.
Plan C
Plan C includes coverage for Medicare Part A and B deductibles, copayments and coinsurance; plus skilled nursing facility care, foreign travel emergencies and more.
Plan E
Plan E includes coverage for Medicare Part A and B copayments and coinsurance, plus the Medicare Part A deductible, skilled nursing facility care, foreign travel emergencies, preventive care and more.
Plan F
Plan F includes coverage for Medicare Part A and B deductibles, copayments and coinsurance, plus skilled nursing facility care, foreign travel emergencies, 100 percent coverage of Medicare Part B excess charges and more.
Plan F+
Plan F+ is a high deductible plan that pays the same and offers the same benefits as Plan F after one has paid a calendar year $2,000 deductible. Benefits will not begin until out-of-pocket expenses are $2,000. These expenses include Medicare deductibles Part A and Part B, but does not include the plan's separate foreign travel emergency deductible.
Plan G
Plan G includes coverage for Medicare Part A and B copayments and coinsurance, plus the Medicare Part A deductible, skilled nursing facility care, foreign travel emergencies, 80 percent coverage of Medicare Part B excess charges, home recovery care and more.
Plan H
Plan H includes coverage for Medicare Part A and B copayments and coinsurance, plus the Medicare Part A deductible, skilled nursing facility care, foreign travel emergencies and more.
Plan I
Plan I includes coverage for Medicare Part A and B copayments and coinsurance, plus the Medicare Part A deductible, skilled nursing facility care, foreign travel emergencies, 100 percent coverage of Medicare Part B excess charges, home recovery care and more.
